		<description>Nice post.  I agree with almost all 9 points.  On #1, I'm not sure paper choice matters all that much anymore given that most employers allow web submissions, paper is almost obsolete.  A good tenth point might be to add keywords to make your resume more search friendly in today's electronic recruitment world.</description>
